If You Have No Internet Access

With a Parent Power box installed, your household internet will only work if both your router and your Parent Power box are switched on and the Parent Power unit is connected to the router. 90% of all internet failure issues are caused by one or other being switched off or by the cable connecting the two having been unplugged.

Always let your kids know that disconnecting the Parent Power will not remove the controls, it will simply disable their internet access altogether.

Both my router and my Parent Power are switched on and connected but I still can't connect to the internet
